Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TickVisor handles account information, Minecraft diagnostic uploads, generated reports, billing metadata, and optional AI analysis data.
What TickVisor processes
TickVisor processes account details, email verification state, upload records, generated reports, subscription status, billing metadata, AI credit records, and the Minecraft diagnostic files users submit for analysis.
Diagnostic uploads
Uploaded files may include Spark profiles, logs, crash reports, text diagnostics, JSON files, and zip bundles. These files are used to generate performance reports, summaries, likely causes, recommendations, and optional AI explanations.
What not to upload
Do not upload passwords, private keys, API tokens, payment exports, database dumps, unrelated personal data, or files you do not have permission to process.
Reports and history
Reports are associated with the account that created them and are intended to remain private to that user. Report history is used so users can review previous uploads and compare before and after performance changes.
Billing and subscriptions
TickVisor stores the subscription state and relevant billing metadata needed to provide access. Full payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider and should not be uploaded to TickVisor.
Optional AI analysis
When AI Deep Analysis is requested, report data may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate an explanation. Users should avoid including secrets or unrelated personal data in diagnostic files.
Security
TickVisor uses access controls, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and security headers to reduce common web risks. No web service can promise magical invulnerability, because apparently software is written by organisms.
