Terms of Service
These terms explain how TickVisor accounts, uploads, reports, subscriptions, usage allowances, AI credits, and diagnostic handling work.
Service overview
TickVisor provides Minecraft server performance diagnostics. Users can upload Spark profiles, logs, crash reports, JSON files, text diagnostics, and zip bundles so the service can generate reports, likely causes, grades, recommendations, and optional AI explanations.
Accounts and access
Guests cannot upload files. Trial access requires a verified account. Paid plan access depends on the active subscription state attached to the account.
Uploads and user responsibility
You are responsible for the files you upload. Do not upload passwords, private keys, payment exports, unrelated personal data, database dumps, or third-party data you are not allowed to process.
Report allowances
Verified trial accounts receive 2 total uploads. Pro and Network report allowances reset by calendar month. Quarterly and yearly subscriptions are discounted billing cycles, not larger monthly report bundles.
AI credits
AI Deep Analysis uses separate optional credits. Normal TickVisor reports can be generated without AI credits.
Diagnostics are guidance
TickVisor reports are diagnostic guidance. Server owners remain responsible for configuration changes, mod changes, backups, security decisions, and production deployments. Computers are dramatic; keep backups anyway.
Billing
Subscription billing is handled through the configured payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing provider flow, while access may continue until the current paid period ends.
